Wellness, sports, relaxation and culinary offers in the Pension Old Viza in the “Szigetköz”
Calm sleep with the window wide open, stretching in the morning directly at the shore, a tasty breakfast, after that Wellness treatments and then taking a sun bath in the garden. Rowing, bike trips and big tours for constantly active people. Put up your own fishing records, take a ride in the endless Schüttinsel, a twosome sun set – always what you are in mood for at the moment…
Embraced by the Szigetköz in Dunasziget the extended pension “Old Viza” is waiting for its regular and new guests. If family holidays, a romantic weekend for two or a company trip – we do our best to make the days you spend with us unforgettable.

The endless water labyrinth of the Szigetköz is a true paradise for trips on the water. In our pension you have the possibility to rent canoes and kayaks or to take part in organized trips around the Schüttinsel or on the “Mosoner Danube”.
To discover the Szigetköz by bike is one of the greatest experiences. If you bring your own bike you can store it safely in our garden. But there is as well the possibility to rent bikes from us.
For bikers we have maps of the surrounding area and we will be happy to give you advices for trips and routes.
For anglers the Szigetköz is also a popular place, where you can go fishing by boat or from the shore in a wonderful surrounding. Anglers can buy fish food and day passes directly in the pension.
Our garden with private shore, sun chairs and barbeque area is the ideal place for family holidays. In the garden a playground is waiting for the children (slide, swing, sandbox, junglegym) and many other programs such as treasure hunt, skill games and technical activities.
There is as well the possibility to arrange events in our pension. We organize team-building trainings for companies (outdoor), company programs and meetings.
Up from the month of May we are happy to invite our guests in our new opened restaurant to a culinary journey on domestic and international waters. Next to our unique offer of menus the best wines of Hungarian winegrowers is waiting for your – not only for guests staying over night.
